Somehow I managed to not post the five month photos that Trysha took of the boys. I can't believe I forgot! I was so excited by our trip to Moab that it slipped my mind. Here they are! Declan is 5 months and Elias is 8 months.

Salt Lake City Friday, May 23rd
On Friday morning we headed out to see the Mormon Temple Square. It was an enjoyable morning learning a bit about the LDS. In the visitor center we saw an inside view of the temple. We also saw several couples leaving the temple after being sealed for eternity.

After wandering around Temple Square and the city, we headed out to Park City to check out the ski hill. It was an overcast day. We enjoyed a pizza lunch and then headed towards Boise. We stayed in Boise and went for a swim in the hotel's pool. Declan loves being in the water! The next morning, we headed for Seattle.
Moab Thursday, May 22nd
On Thursday we got up and packed up our tent and camping things. We had breakfast and headed out to Goblin Valley. It was about an hour drive away. It was one of the coolest places I've ever been. Goblins filled the valley and made a wonderful place for a game of hide and go seek! We chased each other and played among the goblins. The goblins were made out of rock and show evidence of an ancient ocean that covered the valley. We had a wonderful time playing around the goblins. Goblins, goblins everywhere!

After spending a wonderful morning with the goblins, we began the 3+ hour drive to Salt Lake City. We stopped on the way in a little town for a Quirky burger. It was delicious. We ended up getting a room on Priceline at the Sheraton and really enjoyed our stay. We walked around the city in the evening and went for a swim in the pool. It was another wonderful day.
