Wednesday we met Grammy and Papa at Forest Park to play and splash. First Declan spent almost two hours playing on the play structure. He ran around the bridges, went down the slide, rode the plane and was even able to climb up and down the tunnel. We had a quick picnic lunch and ran in the field. Declan decided to go splash around after lunch. He had a marvelous time! He ran right into the fountains and loved getting wet. He was very brave and wanted to do it all by himself! He seemed to enjoy every minute and would occasionally look over and smile and wave to us. After splashing, he changed into dry clothes and wanted to play more! He played so long and so hard he started falling down and loosing his balance, so we decided to head home with my tired little boy!
