Valentine's Day 2020

We took the boys snow shoeing today on the mountain loop highway! We had so much fun walking together, having a snow ball fight, building a snowman and eating our snacks. The boys rode down the hill in the sled laying on top of each other. It was hilarious. Even though our car got stuck in the snow and we had to have people help us push it out, we still had a great time together.

After our snow day we grabbed a heart pizza from Papa Murphy's and headed home. We relaxed and watched the Flash and then exchanged our Valentines. The boys each got candy and books. Then we got a family gift of a new chess and checker boards with a kid's instruction manual. 

Declan painted a picture for Wesley.  We shared a big pot of chocolate fondue which Wesley thought was just about the best thing to ever happen to him! 

Sick boy

It hasn't been the easiest week around here. On Tuesday Declan had his first appointment with his GI doctor at Children's hospital. Thursday morning he woke up burning with fever and felling just terrible. He missed two days fo school but is feeling much better now!

Super Bowl Sunday

We had the Grospe's over for Super Bowl Sunday. The kids had a great time playing together and pigging out on junk food. Avery didn't appreciate Declan's stinky feet!
