Cedar Crest Golf Course Lights of Christmas Train Ride

Saturday Brad and Pop went skiing. Declan and I spent the day with Mao. When Brad and Pop got home we had a delicious roast for dinner. Then we got dressed in our warm clothes and headed to Marysville to see the lights and ride the train. We got there shortly before it opened and Mao got our tickets. We stood patiently in line waiting for our turn to ride around the golf course.

 Finally it was our turn to ride the train!

 After seeing some of the lights, we went by the North Pole. Santa came out to greet us and gave each of us a candy cane!

 After the train ride, we got to make a Christmas mouse!

Next we decorated a glitter ornament!

Then it was our turn to roast marshmallows for smores and drink hot cocoa! 

We headed out to the see the famous dancing lights house. While we were sitting and watching the lights, we received a phone call that the alarm was going off at the house. Pop drove to Snohomish as fast as he could. We got there just after the Sheriff had walked around the house. No windows or doors had been opened. The Sheriff checked inside as well. We couldn't figure out what had happened and why the alarm had gone off! Once we got settled we opened our presents. Declan loved getting more tracks for his train, new clothes and a clock to help him learn time! He also got books, a nativity and more! He is so blessed to have generous grandparents!
